A:Skinless, natural white color, white texture, no yellow and pink color, no foreigners, no ink polluted and guts.
B:Laminated between 0.5cm~0.6cm(after compression)
C:Boiled in water 95°C . Cooking time 25min.
D:Be sure the fillets is absolute cooked and can not be over boiled. Moisture: 75% +- 2%.

1、纯白,无碎片,无污染。
2、厚度在0.5-0.6厘米。
3、在95度以上的开水中煮25分钟。保证充分煮熟但保持韧性。
4、含水量 75% +/- 2%.
5、每袋33~34公斤(毛重),解冻后30~31公斤。
6、每袋内装3板,每板毛重11公斤~11.5公斤。内包装用塑料袋包装,外包装用编织袋。
7、不含任何添加剂。
8、加重10%(保证净重达到30-31公斤 )
9、储存温度: 零下18度以下。
